Dear Christa McAuliffe Family and Friends,        

Join us for beautiful beach family portraits!

Sunday, November 8th 8-11:30am

Location: The Oceanside South End Jetty near the harbor. 

Meet at the edge of the Jetty

    • Event Details:
    • One $30 sitting fee per family with 1 complimentary portrait, proof of your choice.
    • Easy online registration process!
    • All Portrait sittings must be chosen and paid for ONLINE, using one email address per family. Please do not register more than 1 time.
    • Go to www.familyportraitfun.com and register NOW!
    • You will receive an email confirmation of your sitting time.
  • What to Expect During and After the Photo Shoot:
      • Your photographer will take several different poses of your family giving you a variety of different proofs to choose from.
      • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your sitting time.
      • An email will be sent to you when your portraits are available for online proofing and ordering. Your portraits will be mailed directly to your home.
      • Images will be available to view on line 24 hours after your portrait date.  Once your images are on line and ready to view, you have 5 calendar days to place your order for your school to receive a % of your order total. Orders placed after the 5 day period will not count towards your schools fundraiser. (No exceptions). 
      • Please allow 3-4 weeks for portrait delivery, 6-8 weeks for upgrades
      • You have 90 days to order your complimentary portrait ~ Don’t wait to order!
      • We offer a full range of portrait products.  Choose from wallets to 30”X 40” canvas wall portraits and Beautiful Holiday Cards!
      • For a low price, Digital Files are available for you to purchase and use as you like!
  • THE MORE FAMILIES THAT SIGN UP THE BETTER YOUR SCHOOL WILL DO!!

    • Only when 20 or more families sign up and attend your school’s event, Family Portrait Fun will donate $15.00 from each sitting fee and 10% to 15% of the total sales, based on participation. It is considered a “Family Service Event” for 19 families or less per booked date.
